What to Expect in a Biofield Tuning Session
Sessions are conducted in a private space where the client rests comfortably, fully clothed, on a massage table. Together we’ll talk through any questions or intentions you may have and when you’re ready we’ll begin with some mindful breathing techniques to quiet your mind and bring your awareness into your body. Using a variety of high quality weighted tuning forks and audible tuning forks I’ll follow different protocols, focusing on certain areas within the body’s Biofield, including the placement of weighted tuning forks directly on the body, where one may experience a vibrational buzzing.
The effects of the harmonic frequencies of the tuning forks can be consciously experienced but often the work is more subtle and changes are unconscious. Experiences are personal and unique for everyone; some people fall asleep, while others stay alert and report feeling extremely relaxed. Clients have shared a variety of sensations from slight nausea to strong buzzing through their body while some report feeling nothing remarkable. Some clients experience unexpected recall of memories and events, things they haven’t thought about in a number of years and others report greater clarity or insight. These are not talking sessions; I am here to hold space for a safe place to heal and restore, the amount of information people share with me is completely up to them.
At the end of a session, we use mindful breathing techniques to bring your awareness back into the body and get you grounded before sitting up.

Experience deep relaxation, being guided through mindful breathing and body awareness while activated tuning forks are placed on and around the body. The use of crystals, Koshi chimes, and Tibetan bowls may also be incorporated as guided. Similar to a traditional session, we offer a seated option that may be more comfortable for some clients.

Reiki is a Japanese technique that has been practiced for over 2,500 years. It is a modality known for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing by delivering energy through the practitioner’s hands to areas around the body. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects.

Previous tuning sessions are required due to the potential detox effect. Blissful experience with weighted tuning forks placed gently on the front and back of the body including the extremities, and face throughout the session, while you rest peacefully. Tranquil music plays in the background supporting you in deep relaxation. We offer packages.

Blending the use of specifically weighted tuning forks that are comprised of the 7th and 8th harmonics of the Schumann Resonance, with a frequency of 54.81 Hz and 62.64 Hz, along with the established wisdom of traditional Chinese Medicine Meridians; an established protocol is followed that can help relieve symptoms for a wide variety of issues. Booking a Biofield Tuning session or a Tune Up session is required to include this add-on.
